About Carmel Art Festival
The Carmel Art Festival is an annual free public event held every May the weekend after Mother’s Day in Devendorf Park and on Mission Street. The festival celebrates creativity and features renowned plein air artists, having been held in Carmel-by-the-Sea since 1993.
