Windy Oaks Estate is a family-owned winery operated by Jim and Judy Schultze since 1999. Their Carmel-by-the-Sea tasting room pours estate Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays grown in Santa Cruz Mountains and Monterey terroirs, using a minimal-intervention winemaking approach.
